Microwave Carmel Corn
2 quarts popped popcorn
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/4 c butter
2 tbl Dark corn syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
place popcorn in 4-6 quart microwave safe bowl.
combine sugar butter syrup and salt in glass bowl. Nuke on high 1 1/2 min, stir. nuke again on high 2-2 1/2 min. add soda and vanilla. stir well
quickly pour over popcorn, stirring to coat. nuke on high 2 min. stirring midway thru. turn onto wax paper or foil. break into pieces and store airtight.
