Macaroni & Cheese

1 1/2 c macaroni--boiling till tender

3 tbl butter
2 tbl flour
1/2 tsp salt
pepper
2 c milk
1/4 c finely chopped onion
8 ounces sharp cheese (chedder)--or as much as wanted

put all but mararoni in saucepan,butter first to melt. still till all melted & creamy.

bake in casserole @ 350 for 35-40 min.
